Helpful staff, cool building design, wonderful swimming pool and gym, nice rooms with comfortable beds, handy location for airport transportation and parking.

The hotel's location is ideal for those who love being in touch with nature as it is situated in a square with beautiful gardens. it is very convenient as it is located near the subway, making it easy to explore the city. the room is clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and beautiful traditional furniture. the staff is very helpful and the swimming pool and gym are great facilities to enjoy.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff was accommodating and polite, ensuring that each of our needs was fulfilled promptly. the indoor swimming pool was impressive, offering a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was absolutely amazing, featuring a wide range of treatments and services. the room was spacious, clean and elegantly decorated, equipped with high-end facilities. the restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food with a wide variety of options.

We had one minor issue with the bar/lounge area, where we experienced a long wait time for drinks due to understaffing. Despite this, the staff was apologetic and did their best to accommodate us.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of an architecturally stunning area. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions by foot or via taxis. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. the hotel also boasted great facilities including a swimming pool, gym, and various dining options.

The hotel's soundproofing was poor, with noise from other rooms and outside filtering in, which disturbed our romantic getaway. the hotel's front desk area was too small and it often took longer than expected to check-in or ask for assistance.

The hotel facilities were excellent and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. the location was great as it was in close proximity to the subway station and gardens with a peaceful atmosphere. We were also kinda surprised by the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.
